Umpire Data & POPIA Consent (South Africa)

4Sport and participating schools/clubs will store and process the umpire's personal information (including photo, contact, banking and fixture details) to manage bookings, payments and safety checks, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

The umpire's name and profile photo may be shown to schools/clubs inside the app and may be used in reasonable sport-related marketing. Information will not be sold and can be updated or corrected on request.

If the umpire is under 18, this form and the OTP email must be completed by the parent or legal guardian, using their own email address.
